Standard conditions of contract

1. All work will be carried out strictly in accordance with the scope of work, duration and cost as expressed in writing and agreed between the parties.

2. All variations will be agreed in advance and confirmed in writing.

3. All quotations are subject to Value Added tax at the rate currently applying in the United Kingdom. VAT Reference GB 878 2409 86

4. Unless required by law or by public interest or you give your consent, all information supplied to us by you will be confidential between us and will not be disclosed to any other body or person.

5. All documents and materials produced by Mills Associates in any form remain their property (copyright) and may not be reproduced in any way without the prior permission in writing of mills Associates.

6. Where necessary, Mills Associates may introduce Associates to clients. Mills Associates will know the people involved and will be familiar with their work, but does not guarantee their performance. In every case, the client will make separate contractual arrangements with the Associate.

7. Other than where expressly arranged otherwise, work will not commence prior to payment by cheque payable to Mills Associates or by direct electronic payment.

8. The contract will be governed by the law of England.
